PERSONAL PROJECT
Redesign project for the retail management system company Reynolds & Reynolds. Redesigning solutions and a space for an easier and seamless task of setting up appointments for service department customers in the automotive industry.
From Idea to Structure
Highlighting the essential components gave me a clearer design approach by constructing a grayscale wireframe on Figma. The highlight shows the improved flow of the user experience from "customer search" to "service operation lookup".
